Raabta film makers have got some serious trouble from the makers of ‘Magadheera’. As Raabta was a total copy of ‘Magadheera’ which was released back in 2009 and is successful blockbuster in Tollywood. The upcoming Bollywood film, Raabta has completely copied the story of ‘Magadheera’. Raabta stars Sushanth Singh Rajput and kriti Sanon in lead roles.
However, Magadheera film makers Allu Aravind filed a case in court to stop the release of Raabta. The film’s trailer was out and its exactly a copy of Magadheera. If you have remembered Magadheera then you better watch Raabta trailer for once you will get stunned for sure. Magadheera was released few years ago directed by SS Rajamouli starring Ram Charan and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles.
The film has created several new records and remained as industry hit for a while. The film made Ram Charan a huge star in Tollywood. Allu Aravind produced the film on Geetha Arts banner. Now, Raabta story is like Magadheera and the Raabta makers have not taken any remake rights from Magadheera film makers. It is quite common in Bollywood, that they remake Telugu and Tamil films.
But when a remake happens, they should take the permission from original film makers to remake their film in other language. There are dozens of Hindi films which were remake of Telugu film like Rowdy rathod, Kick, Baaghi and few other films. But they have taken remake permissions from respective film makers. Now, if the court bans Raabta then this will be a big blow to Raabta makers. The film is set to release on June 9th.
