Ever heard the name “Pikachu”? Seems familiar right! Well this time it aint a Pokémon Pikachu, it’s a Sony Pikachu. Sony is all set to release a new smartphone in the market and named it with the most familiar and popular Pokémon character Pikachu. This new Sony Pikachu is spotted GFX benchmarking website which has revealed few features and specifications of Sony Pikachu.
The Japanese smartphone maker has taken the Sony Camera to next level by offering a 21 megapixel rear camera. The Sony Pikachu mobile comes in 5-inch display with full HD resolution which can support 5 finger gestures. The new Sony Pikachu is powered by Helio P20 SoC octa-Core 2.3 GHz processor. The Pikachu comes with 3GB RAM with an internal storage of 32 GB. 22GB of space will be left for the user to store files or any apps.
Sony Pikachu comes with the latest Android version 7.0 Nougat. Pikachu features great cameras both at rear and also at front. The rear cam has 21 megapixels camera and an 8 megapixel camera at front for capturing best selfies. However the battery specifications are not yet known. Sony may launch this mobile in the upcoming Mobile world congress (MWC).
Rumors are that the new Sony Pikachu may be the Sony G3112 which was leaked earlier but all the doubts will be cleared in the upcoming event. The leaked image tells us that there is no fingerprint scanner in the Sony Pikachu. Stay tuned to mashables.in for more updates about Sony Pikachu.
