Moto G5 and Moto G5 plus, the next generation smartphones: Features and specifications

Moto G5 and G5 plus have cleared FCC and these two models from Lenovo will be unveiled soon in the upcoming MWC 2017. These two models will be showcased and the official launch date will be announced in the event. However the officials features of Moto G5 and G5 plus are not announced by Lenovo but these models were seen in the FCC filing.  Moto G5 and G5 plus have cleared FCC and is all set to launch.

The Moto G5 and G5 plus are slightly similar as G5 hosts 3000mAh battery while G5 plus hosts 3100mAh battery which is 1000mAh more than G5. These two models will also come with a fast charger option. The FCC filing reported that the Moto G5 and G5 plus supports NFC, which was not seen featuring the Moto smartphones for a while. These smartphones can also be used as a TV tuner as it comes with a DTV dongle.

Moto G5 has an in build storage of 16GB with 2GB RAM. This smartphone has 13 megapixels at rear and 5 megapixels at front.  Moto G5 will come with a great display of 5.5 inch with full HD display which increases the user experience a lot with keen display. Moto G5 has a huge round camera as you can see in the picture. This model will be available in only two color variants, silver and Gold.

For Moto G5 and G5 plus a button at front may be installed in a square shape. But whether it can also scan finger prints for security or if it is just a home button is yet to be known. However the official launch date and the price of the Moto G5 are yet be known. There are no reports from the company about how they are planning to release the two models Moto G5 and G5 plus.
