India’s largest office space is about to setup in Hyderabad, Telangana. Hyderabad already has many wonderful office buildings in Hi-tech city and in Gachibowli but now a unique and special building is about rise in Hyderabad. This would become the tallest and largest office space building in the entire nation. This is great news for Hyderabadis as they are about witness one of the largest buildings in their city.
This prestigious project is going to take by Rameshwar Rao who is closest aide for Telangana Chief Minister, KCR. Rameshwar Rao owns My Home Group and with which he is about to construct a new building which contains 21 floors. Yes, that’ll be large and massive. This 21 floors huge office space building will be known as Skyview. This will be special project for Rameshwar Rao and also for his My Home Group.
This prestigious project of 21 floors is being done with whopping Rs one billion dollars and that’s a lot. Well such kind of masterpiece will take some budget. The construction may mostly take place in Hi-tech city of Hyderabad. The exact location is not yet disclosed. This huge commercial space building which is largest in the country will occupy around 10 million square feet.
My Home Group has already selected the location and will start construction process in few months. For this huge project, My Home Group will partner with real estate giant RMZ Corp. The major players who are about to take the lease space in Skyview are in still discussions. According to few sources, HSBC and JP Morgan Chase & Co are looking to lease the office space in Skyview and discussions are still going on.
My Home Group have also got other bids from few more top players for leasing space in Skyview and more than half dozen companies may set Skyview as their new address. However the construction starting date, finishing year and other details are yet to be known. But it takes pretty much time to complete the 21 floors building in the Hi-tech city.
