People hit gym to get their body in shapes but according to a survey 60-70% of the people who hit gym will quit in just a span 1-2 months otherwise the world would be filled with body builders. Going gym and doing workouts is not sufficient as you have to follow certain tips and precautions if you want make your body look good for long run.

Before you start going to gym make certain changes in your lifestyle like changing your food habits and getting enough sleep. Wake up early in the morning and do some basic exercises at home and make your body to get ready for gym. Change your daily schedule and make place for gym hours.
When you start going to gym start with basic workouts and follow instructions of the trainer. Don’t just try to become some Arnold Schwarzenegger or Rocky Balboa in just one week. Start with basic weights and eventually increase the weights according to your stamina. Never go crazy at gym because whatever you do in gym will affect your body in a great way. So if you do any weird workouts without a trainer guidance you will surely end up in massacre.

You should spend a few bucks if you are going for a gym. Carry few gym accessories with you for your safety and comfortableness. Always take a water bottle with you and never get dehydrated, always stay hydrated. Wear a gym supporter and wrist bands for your safety. Use a comfortable shoe when you go for gym.
It’s not enough if you go to gym and expecting a good perfect body. You should eat certain protein food and should avoid the junk food. Eat healthy food suggested by your trainer and in case if you go for supplements food then you should be real careful. You have to choose a quality supplements and you should do intense workout to balance your intake of supplements. If you don’t balance your supplements and workouts then you will have to face serious troubles.

Listen to some hard core music which will boost your mood to work out. Without music you will feel bored and will not get interest to workout. So get some good music and listen to it when you are working out in gym. Carry a headset with you when you are going to gym.
