Fennel seeds can reduce gas and water content in the stomach. It can make your muscles stronger in the digestive tract. Chew few fennel seeds whenever you have a heavy meal and this is why in every restaurant they offer us fennel seeds after our meal.
You can also have fennel seeds with hot water. Soak fennel seeds in hot water and leave it for 5-10 minutes and then strain it. Drink this tea every day for better results.
Peppermint contains menthol oil which has many advantages. You can either chew peppermint directly or you can keep it as a tea bag in hot water and drink it. You can drink 2-3 cups of tea this way to reduce gas in your belly.
Ginger is a natural and ancient herb which can help in a great way for reducing bloating stomach. Ginger contains gingerols and shogaols which can prevent swelling in the intestines.
